This pressing from our friends at Kuura Corp is drawn from a blend of experimental piles made from high-grade ripe material harvested in the spring of 2023 in Yunnan. Like the 2024 release before it, Unholy Oil is unapologetically strong — inky, dense, and slow-moving — unfolding with a deep, lingering fragrance, a plush, oily mouthfeel, and a silky cacao bitterness that softens and sweetens over many long steeps.
